General Needs:

Prefers full sun and well-drained soil. Keep it watered during hot, dry summers.

Pruning:

Do not cut back after freezes; wait until late February. Cut back to within 4” -6” of the ground. If the grass becomes scorched by summer drought or if you want to reduce ultimate height, cut back severely (usually by late June), and then keep it moist so that the grass will regenerate.
