Katies Ruellia and Blue Shade are both excellent low growers. Blue Shade tops out at 4 to 6 inches and Katies grows to 12 inches. Extremely hardy and both produce lavender petunia-like flowers all summer long till first frost. They will grow in full shade or full sun. Extremely tough and versatile.
