If you will mass several of these small (3 - 4 ft. x 3 ft.) roses together, you will be delighted with the results! Almost always in bloom with single, rose-pink blossoms with white accents. They are borne in clusters on long straight stems and are fragrant. The plant has a compact, bushy habit. This classic rose was nearly extinct. The seed parent, Dr. W. Van Fleet, was used extensively in rose hybridizing but its most famous contribution came in 1997 when the World Federation of Rose Societies entered the climbing sport New Dawn into the Rose Hall of Fame as one of the world's favorite roses.
