Demonstration gardens

Our demonstration gardens are located across the street from our garden center. They are open to the public, free of charge whenever our garden center is open. The gardens give our customers an opportunity to view our diverse selection of the plants we sell at the nursery, in a full grown state.

With almost 30 years of experience, Weston Gardens is dedicated to Texas Native and Acclimated plants. We maintain over 4 acres of naturalistic, historical English style demonstration gardens that have been featured in Southern Living, Texas Highways and The American Gardener. We have an unmatched selection of perennials and one of the largest collections of Antique Roses in the South.

At Weston Gardens, we provide a unique experience that is part science, part art, and part inspiration from nature. The beauty of our demonstration gardens exhibits just how different our outlook on the natural world is from other nurseries. This can be witnessed first hand by taking a stroll in the gardens in any given season.

Seasonal Fun

At Weston Gardens, something is always in bloom! With every season, the gardens look completely different. In the fall, we have our annual Pumpkin Patch in the gardens and at the garden center. They serve as a perfect backdrop for family photos!

Another prominent time to visit the gardens is when our Chinese Wisteria is in full bloom. Blink! And you’ll miss it! The vine is in full bloom for only a week, usually in March.
